The road outside Dunnes chock a block with traffic on a dark evening in December 2005. Merchants Quay shopping centre has been there for as long as I can remember but before this it was just another road of houses, pubs and shops. Anybody have photos of the old Merchants Quay?
Need you ask? Remembering Cork has two pictures taken from the same location only 70 years apart. I barely remember the old houses on Merchants Quay.
